How often are rates updated?
Our rates refresh automatically every hour. The ECB publishes new rates each working day. Weekends and holidays show the most recent available rate.
Why is the result for JPY shown without decimal places?
Japanese Yen is not subdivided in everyday use. The calculator follows currency conventions: JPY and KRW show 0 decimal places, most others show 2.
Can I use this for money transfers or business?
This calculator shows mid-market reference rates for estimation. Banks and transfer services (Wise, Revolut, etc.) add their own margin. For actual transfers, check your provider's live rate. For tax or accounting purposes, use official rates from the relevant authority.
